Deleting these won't "brick" anything if that's what you meant, you'll just lost the ability to perform disc-less factory restores or whatever other functionality is brought on by software and bootable utility environments included on those extra partitions. The factory partitions vary between manufacturers, but usually they are recovery partitions(for restoring the factory image), utility partitions with diagnostic tools(I think Lenovo does this), data partitions(for keeping files separate from the OS), and so on.
